#495 This week we're sharing our Transition to Calm Guided Relaxation with our thanks to all medical staff and key workers serving at this challenging time. This guided meditation was inspired by a police officer who would come home from work each day and use guided meditation to transition over from his very stressful and fast-paced day to spending gentle time with his 5-year-old daughter.
Please share with anyone who you think might find it helpful.
You can find more of our guided meditations here and on our Patreon.
