In this week's podcast we're responding to the following listener question: "A few months ago I had a bad experience with pm pain medication that caused me to wake in a strange state between waking and dreaming. That experience scared me to my core and has me questioning my reality. How can I get over this kind of fear? It has me questioning everything."

When we talk about taking action to get free from anxiety. How many of you have a little voice in your head saying things like: "If only it was that easy?" Or "It won't work for me." Maybe your mind tells you "My anxiety is different." Or that the advice "sounds too hard" or maybe "it sounds too simple."
If you do, you sit among the majority of our listeners. Only a handful of listeners to this show take action against their anxiety. Because that's just how the mind is. It will resist taking action all day long. And then when you go to bed at night that very same mind will start berating you that you did nothing today.
Make 2017 the year you do something to escape the grip of your anxiety.
Don't let that little voice stop you and then get on your case later. Go to bed tonight knowing you did something. You took action and made a start. You became one of the empowered few that will escape the grip of anxiety this year.
