Anxiety Slayer was created in 2009 by Shann Vander Leek and Ananga Sivyer. We were both blogging, coaching and teaching independently before we teamed up to present Anxiety Slayer with the intention of supporting anyone who's life is over-shadowed by stress or anxiety.
Shann Vander Leek is the founder of True Balance International, co-founder of Anxiety Slayer and blogger at the Transformation Goddess Experience. She is the creator of The Sacred Heart Teachings digital program, author of Life on Your Terms (True Balance Press) and host of the Divine Feminine Spotlight podcast series.
A professional voice talent, former TV advertising executive and leadership strategist, she supports courageous women who want to transform their lives through transformational coaching, compassionate self-care and creative expression.
Ananga is a writer and teacher with a passion for helping people bring balance to their lives. Drawing from 20 years research in personal development and natural medicine, Ananga works from a diverse garden of healing techniques from Ayurveda (India's Ancient Science of Life) to the latest developments in Energy Psychology.
Trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Meridian Energy Therapies, Ananga has helped hundreds of people find relief from stress and anxiety in workshops and one to one sessions around the UK. She is the author of the EFT workbook The Art and Science of Emotional Freedom and the Living by Design personal development blog.
She is also a musician and has created music for several relaxation titles including the Anxiety Slayer collections available in the iTunes music store.
