In this week's podcast we're responding to the following message from our inbox:
I fear almost everything in life. I develop new fears on almost a daily basis and have been called a hypochondriac. I can remember panic attacks as young as 4 years old and remember them like they just happened yesterday. I've got mild to moderate agoraphobia (it fluctuates), severe social phobia, and more specific fears such as riding in an elevator, side effects of medications, food allergies etc
Shann and Ananga answer this week's question: "I am terrified of taking time to take care of myself since I am a caregiver to 3 special needs people and taking care of me takes time away from taking care of them. I can't handle the thought of letting them down or something happening to them while I'm away at a Doctor's appointment or doing what I need to care for myself."
Shann asks about tapping with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for anxiety relief.
How does it work?
How do you know if you're doing it right?
